The Big 4-0
Not years, but miles! That is the number of miles I drove roundtrip to drop a friend off at his sister's house. Normally, I do not count the miles or think twice about it. However, at these outrageous gasoline prices I am starting to keep an eye on the driving.
The above combined with the fact that I own a gas guzzling SUV makes me mad. I have zero control over the gouging freaks, but think I need to start planning the use of the SUV else I risk throwing mad dollars away with each use.
Also, for the record a fill up costs me over $115.00 now. I hope all you greedy #$&!*#$ are happy, including the State of California. We live in the state with the HIGHEST gas taxes in the country, nice job.

I never tire hearing him play bass on old Chic or Sister Sledge tracks; he was an incredible bass player and producer. If you do not know who Bernard Edwards is, read about him or better yet listen to some of his tracks. RIP Mr. Edwards.
