The above posts will counter bad advice and habits practiced by two idiots. These idiots do not understand software development or its basic principles. Both reckless runts continue to push their idiotic ideas and principles on a project team.
Somehow, I think they have convinced themselves that they (alone) are the reason for the project's success. Because they will NEVER admit to screwing crap up or doing wrong. One retard never acknowledged his bugs, screwing up merges, and breaking builds.
Bonus, I will post some VB.NET snippets too. Top down programming using a strongly-typed, object-oriented language. Nice. It takes mad skills to do this people. Please do not disturb, Microsoft Certification at work!
Cameltoe Shoes?
I saw a woman at lunch, which was wearing cameltoe shoes. Am I seeing things, because no shoe manufacturer would want to be the butt of the endless jokes. Well, guess what? This cameltoe shoe aka Rift was developed by Nike. Do the socks bunch up around the toe?
iPod Nano Out of Stock
As you know, I lost my iPod Nano a few days ago. Sigh! I do not want a 3rd generation Nano with the cheesy LCD. I want to replace my black 8GB model. I stopped by Costco, no stock available. I called a couple of stores, no stock available. Dammit.
I was going to call the Apple Store, but look what I found conveniently stocked with various iPod models. An iPod vending machine, sweetness. I like the self-serve stores and machines, because I can select what I want with no hassles, swipe the ATM card, and I am AUDI.
Lost iPod Nano
Dammit! I lost my handy dandy iPod Nano. I searched the apartment, cars, and work place with no luck. I am confident it was lost at a client site, but nobody will report it found. I just have to admit that its gone ... forever and ever and ever.
The iPod is a second generation Nano. Black anodized aluminum shell with 8GB of storage and over 1,000 songs. It was enclosed in a clear iSkin case with clip and screen protector options. It was in mint condition and now some sleazy mofo has the iPod.
I Hate Kanye’s Music
I am working and listening to music, what a concept. However, this post is not about work or music in general. Instead, I just realized that I HATE Kanye's voice and music. Yeah, he is an award-winning artist big deal. I cannot listen to his crappy music at all. Arrgh!
I think Jay-Z is in the same league. He had a couple of hot tracks earlier in his career, but the crap he is putting out now is just that ... crap! They must think that they are invincible in the game. Whatever. I won't listen to their music.
Domain Name Ripoff
I am interested in purchasing a domain name, which is currently parked by a squatter. So, I contacted the owner and he sent me a quote based on a useless estibot valuation. Not to mention, he wants to unload another useless domain name as part of the sale.
First, I do not want the second domain name and I am not going to pay the useless estibot value. The domain was dropped, because the first owner did not care enough to renew it and the other TLDs are still available, because there is no demand.
I am going to register the .net domain name and send him my response, "Pound sand idiot, because I am not buying anything from you!" The domain name is worth approximately $40 USD, but he wants $225 USD for the domain plus the second useless domain.
Needle In A Haystack
Someone told me a particular network group was asked to review their logs for all requests to wassupjose.com. Again, if the idiots requesting and reviewing knew what they think they know about the web and technology they would know its a lost cause.
Traffic to the blog is up based in part to the Milkman Counter and Sour Milk posts, nice. I continue to see requests from the blocked network and mobile devices. You cannot stop the network or mobile access to the blog. Morons.
I Smell Bacon …
Nope, it is not who you think. Instead, I wanted to post the location of a speed trap on 80 near Six Flags. CHP vehicles frequently park on the on ramps located near American Canyon Road. The trap is 2 miles North of Marine World Parkway in Vallejo.
So, if you are speeding near the Theme Park and you know you are dammit. Keep the eyes open for CHP or ease up on the pedal as you pass Marine World Parkway on 80. I will take a picture the next time I see 5-0 squatting on the ramps.
Is he IARB?
On my way home tonight, I noticed two rows of bright LED lights in the rear view mirror. I did not have to look back, because I knew it was the Audi R8 riding the bumper. I grabbed the clunky Razr v3 phone for a quick shot and here it is IARB!
