Capitalism At Work II

This is another example of Capitalism at work. We all know that California is in the financial crapper (please thank the reckless government spenders and special interest groups) and is issuing IOUs. Screw the IOU! One needs cold hard cash, right?

Where does one start? No problem! Check out eBay, Craigslist, or one of the many IOU sites that are launching each day, nice! If you do consider selling your IOUs, keep your cool and do the research to weed out the scammers. Good luck!

Sexy Feet (04)

Yes, it is that time again! Time for another sexy feet photo for our readers. The sexy bare feet belong to an Asian model and if I may say so, her bare feet are nice. I was debating if I should post her feet bare or with heels. Bare feet won, so I hope you enjoy.

Before I wrap up, I would like to announce that I am going to launch a sexy footsie related site soon. I am not sure how I am going to work it into my schedule, but it is apparent many readers are visiting wassupjose for the sexy feet content.

Old School Games

I play video games when I have some free time and this evening was no different. Well, that is not quite true. I did play a few games, but it was not one of the latest Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, or PC titles.

Instead, I played some old school games that I grew up with as a child. Old favorites such as Dig Dug, Ms. Pac-Man, Mega Man, and Dragon Warrior. Damn! Talk about taking a step back in time, it was just like the old days.

I recall spending countless hours playing these games. Some games were initially released as arcade-only games before being released on the NES and SNES consoles, so I had to run to the local arcade to get my play on and feed the machines hundreds of quarters.

I think its going to be a vintage game weekend! I had a chance to play Dig Dug and Ms. Pac-Man, but I want to roll up the sleeves and start a Dragon Warrior RPG game. Once I start, it could be a long journey to the finish. Hmm, anyone for a 2-player game of Dig Dug?

Bing Copycat

I don't know how I ended up at the Binji search engine, but I did and thought I would try it out. Well, the similarities to Bing end at the main page because the search engine's results are inconsistent and it appears to be powered by a cheesy PHP-based search script. Boo!

Since we are discussing search engines, do you use Bing? I have not used Bing to date, but keep reading stories praising the search engine. Does Microsoft finally have a winner on its hands? Who knows? All I know is that Live Search sucked and it was time for a change.

Google Chrome OS

Yup! Google is planning to release an open source operating system. It was just a matter of time, right? I need to read more about the operating system, but wanted to post the news for the interested techies. I will post an update as soon as I get the 4-1-1.

Google Chrome OS is an open source, lightweight operating system that will initially be targeted at netbooks. Later this year we will open-source its code, and netbooks running Google Chrome OS will be available for consumers in the second half of 2010.

Sony Smacked Again!

Damn! Sony is on a major losing streak. Now, video game publisher Activision has requested the company cut PS3 prices and other video game makers may STOP developing games for the costly Sony gaming platform too. Sony mofos better get their crap together!

More Wireless Crap

Best Buy is selling a Compaq Netbook for $0.99. Before you run out to Best Buy, be sure to check the fine print. Yup! Consumers MUST sign a 2-year contract with Sprint at $59.99 per month plus taxes. So that $0.99 Netbook is going to cost you over $1,400.00 dollars.

Are wireless companies subsidizing Netbooks now? Damn! The mofos are looking for all ways to gouge the shit out of consumers. If I were to purchase it, I would buy it at full retail and kick the wireless companies to the curb. Buyer beware!

Pre-Order Windows 7

I think I am going to pre-order a copy of Windows 7 before it launches, because I can save up to 58% off of the retail price. I was going to pre-order the home version for $49.99, but it lacks features available in the professional version. Oh well, $99.99 + tax is still a deal.

If you are thinking about upgrading to Windows 7, I suggest you considering pre-ordering to save a couple bucks. The discount price applies to only the home premium and professional version upgrades, so make note of it. Full versions are full price, ha!

Citigroup Card Members

Are screwed! Citigroup is raising interest rates on up to 15M credit card accounts before the interest rate caps are in place. Do not be surprised if other banks do the same. I have only two credit card accounts, but will close the accounts as soon as I pay them off.

I will not bank with the gouging mofos at all, specifically Chase Bank! Another month or two and Chase is getting kicked to the curb! Read the dumbass comments from Citigroup below, what a bunch of crap!

We have adjusted pricing and card terms for some customers as part of our regular account reviews. This is an ongoing process to ensure we offer terms, interest rates, credit lines and products based on individual needs and risk profiles.

These changes also reflect the dramatically higher cost of doing business in our industry as we work to preserve the broad availability of credit
