Final Orbit
Have you seen the lame Saturn commercial where the Saturn employee boasts that Saturn knows how to build cars, etc? Well, it appears that nobody wants to buy their automobiles as GM has just kicked them to the curb and is shutting down the automobile line.
Can GM find a buyer at the last minute ala the Hummer deal? Bueller, Bueller? I think it is a done deal, so kiss another automobile line goodbye. I wonder if the Saturn dealer franchise is going to liquidate inventories like Dodge? If so, wait a few weeks and buy a Saturn!
TFS Generating list of changesets

Yesterday I created a new build in TFS for one of my components. This new build would be a build specifically designed to ready the component for the Staging environment. I created the build after someone mentioned that one of the components on staging wasn't working and I had recently changed some of my build structures on TFS, so I need a new solution. The project I've been working on has been accumulating source code and data for just over a year. Combine that with several other organizational projects and that's alot of information on the back end. My new build was taking forever and seemed to be stuck or frozen on the "Generating list of changesets". I was wondering if I had done something wrong or if there was just a glitch. I stopped the build and restarted it. Still the build gets stuck while generating the changesets. I decided to do a quick search and found that Manish has identified this as a slow area. Thanks to Manish I decided to wait the build out. More than two hours later and the build finally completed. After the first initial build, all subsequent builds processed in one minute. Just need to get through that first build and let it build the relationships for the build I suppose.
Free 25GB Storage
I RARELY (read never) use Windows Live Services, but this evening for some reason I logged in and found SkyDrive. It offers 25GB of FREE storage, which is more storage than the 10GB storage of my current hosting plan that I use as a web drive. Ha!
Both Google and Yahoo! do not offer anything close, so if you need a free 25GB web drive check it out. I may never use SkyDrive, but wanted to pass it on for others. I should note it is not a mountable virtual drive out-of-the-box, but there is a solution! Stay tuned, sweet.

Are You A Web Guy?
Haha! Coding Horror is another one of my favorite sites and from their respository comes a rant about web programmers. I love the first line of the quote, "... not smart enough to do anything else." Read more on Coding Horror. Nice!
The reason most people want to program for the web is that they're not smart enough to do anything else. They don't understand compilers, concurrency, 3D or class inheritance. They haven't got a clue why I'd use an interface or an abstract class. They don't understand: virtual methods, pointers, references, garbage collection, finalizers, pass-by-reference vs. pass-by-value, virtual C++ destructors, or the differences between C# structs and classes. They also know nothing about process. Waterfall? Spiral? Agile? Forget it. They've never seen a requirements document, they've never written a design document, they've never drawn a UML diagram, and they haven't even heard of a sequence diagram.
Yahoo! Account
Hmm, I just learned that Yahoo! is requiring members to add two secret questions to their accounts else members cannot use their services. Didn't I set this crap when I created the account? I do not need more to remember! Check out my answers and fill in the blanks!

New Digs!
I am sporting new digs! Specifically, I am using the Digsby IM + Email + Social Network client. If you recall, I dropped Trillian Basic and have been trying out various IM clients looking for a replacement. Most of the clients I have tried to date suck big time.
Well, I got tired of the hit-and-miss and strolled over to one of my favorites - Wikipedia. The site has a comparison of IM clients, which came in handy when evaluating IM clients. I tried Pidgin, Miranda, and others thinking that more is better but of course I know better.
No More Paychecks II
This was going to be a follow up on the payroll cards being used by various employers, but I can't access the issuers website. Anyway, the cards are issued by Skylight Financial, whose slogan is "Your Bank Account in a Card". * Cough, Cheese, Cough *
I will post an update as soon as the website, based on DotNetNuke, is functional. I am sure your money is safe with them, haha! For those interested, I am going to post the nickel and dime fees and bullshit terms of the service. Stay tuned!

Traffic School Tips
I am way behind on posting, because I meant to publish this back in July. I think I need an assistant to coordinate my posts and keep the fresh content flowing, because apparently I cannot do it.
Anyway, back to the traffic tips. If you receive a ticket and are eligible for traffic school, pick the online course versus the instructor led crap. If you do not have a computer, run down to Kinkos, library, school, etc. and find a computer.
Tetris Cart
I think most know that one of my pet peeves is lame ass grocery baggers, which don't know how to bag groceries. What a waste of time. Last night, I went to the grocery store to buy some groceries and snacks!
Well, I want to show readers how I pack the cart. Note; I purposely group items in the cart based on size, weight, type, etc. to make it easier for the bagger and me. But NO! Baggers always find a way to screw shit up (I was rebagging the groceries at the register).
It is not uncommon to receive bags with frozen foods and bread in the same bag. WTF, the bread is going to be bread pudding by the time I get it home. How about heavy bags, which are not double bagged or items thrown in the bags? Arggh!!!

Chocolate Pudding
When I published the Suga Mama post, I meant to post a copy of the toll receipt. It was not in my wallet, so I did not post the receipt. I thought I misplaced the receipt. Dammit! Guess what? The toll receipt was in my car, so here it is peeps.
Check it out! The proof is in the pudding, haha. Note the time; I crossed the toll bridge at 1:40am because I was getting hit up by Suga Mama in the Bay Area at 1:00am. If I would have stayed and partied like a rock star, the time would have read 1:42:59am. LMAO!
