The #1 choice for me is the people. I can deal with crappy work, but I cannot deal with crappy people. They bring everyone down and poison the work place. Toxic! My choice is the project manager and his side kick the worst VB.NET programmer, err hacker. If the morons were gone, I am confident the team would regain their enthusiasm and drive the project forward. We need a roach motel!
