Mars Needs Help!
While perusing the box office numbers (yup, that is what I do), I noticed some stinkers are missing their marks. One stinker in particular, "Mars Needs Moms" has grossed $36.2 million worldwide but had a whopping $150 million dollar production budget.
Hmmm, what are the odds the movie will break even? Any takers? I think someone needs to get kicked in the gonads for this one. I hope nobody is betting on DVD sales to pick up the slack. Fail! Look on the bright side, at least Seth Rogen was not cast in the movie.

Drive Angry
The Drive Angry 3D movie is in theaters today. The writers should consider writing a script for their sequel, Angry Driver. Watch a vigilante drive like hell to expire all of the stupid ass drivers in the country. Demolition and chaos in one action-packed 3D flick. Oh yeah!
The Myspace Movie
Check out 'The Myspace Movie' trailer. Before you run off to pre-order movie tickets, this is a spoof. There are no plans to make 'The Myspace Movie'. Well, at least I hope there are no plans. How about 'The My_ Movie'?
Long in the Tooth
I may be old, but I can still see. I was flipping through the cable directory and stopped on the "Tooth Fairy" entry. Not because I was interested in watching the movie, but because the length of the movie was listed at over four hours. Ah, cable glitch. Nice.

Weekend Movies
Are there any 'good' movies planned for release this month? It appears that December 2010 is going to be a dull month. There may be one or two movies worth watching, but the rest of the bunch look like stinkers. Below are the movie releases for December 17, 2010:
- And Soon the Darkness (R)
- The Fighter (R)
- Frankie and Alice (R)
- How Do You Know (PG-13)
- Rabbit Hole (PG-13)
- TRON: Legacy (PG)
- Yogi Bear (PG)
The Lame Hornet
I just learned that Seth Rogen is cast in the title role of 'The Green Hornet'. Who the hell cast him in the movie? Want a hint? Rogen co-wrote the screenplay. Anyway, this discovery is a deal breaker. I am not going to see the movie and I predict it will suck. Comments?

DingleBerry
I just read a live blog of "Dive Into Mobile" with RIM CEO what is his name. Dude, WTF were you talking about? I suggest you wake up and stop the babble, else RIM will soon be known as RIP. Maybe not, but the interview was a mess.

3-D Movie Ticket Prices
WTF! 3-D movie ticket prices are over the top. The greedy fuckers are milking the crap out of the 3-D movie wave. Earlier this year, 3-D movie tickets went up approximately 20%. Now, 3-D movie ticket prices are more than 30% higher than conventional 2-D movies.

Megamind 2-D versus 3-D ticket prices (Example):
- 2-D, $10.50 Adult, $7.00 Senior, $7.00 Child
- 3-D, $14.50 Adult, $11.00 Senior, $11.00 Child
Google Movie?
When I published the post about The Social Network movie, I was kidding about the Google movie. Well, I just stumbled on several posts about a Google movie. The movie will be based on the book, "Googled: The End Of The World As We Know It". I will pass on this one too.
Paranormal Activity 2
In less than two hours, Paranormal Activity 2 is opening in select theaters. Yup! It is time to push cotton again. This time around, I am going to catch this one on the BIG screen. I will write a brief review later this week.
