Alright, back to what I would do for $5.00 dollars. I would consider installing PHP scripts or utility type applications for $5.00 each. I will install WordPress plugins for $5.00 each. I will post an original wassupjose.com post on your blog for five dollars. Lame-o!
Another Shopping Tip
Okay readers, here is another shopping tip. If you tan indoors this is for you. Listen closely, because I am not going to repeat the tip. Are you ready? Do not pay full retail prices! Many tanning salons sell lotions for FULL RETAIL price.
Here is only one example, but I am sure we can list many examples. A 0.5 ounce sampler of Designer Skin Queen Indoor Lotion sells for $10.00 at salons and the 13.5 ounce bottle sells for a whopping $80.00. Bend me over and do me dry!
Do yourselves a favor. Do NOT be impulsive when visiting the tanning salons. If you must buy lotion, I suggest that you buy a sampler. If you want to go big, shop elsewhere or online for major discounts! The 13.5 ounce Designer Skin Lotion can be found for $30.00 shipped!

iPad Pre-Order Numbers
CNN published the Day 1 estimate of Apple iPads sold. Does anyone want to take a guess? I was way off, because I thought only the Wi-Fi versions were available. I guessed that Apple would sell approx. 20-40 thousand in 24 hours. Yes, I pulled those numbers out of my ass.
Based on a sampling of orders and creative accounting, Sanity estimates Apple sold 120,000 iPads in the first day. Cha-ching! Let us see how long it takes for buyer's remorse to settle in. Think about it people, you just paid big bucks for a big ass iPod Touch. Nice.
Bad Kitty
Have you ever seen a male driver shaving while driving? Maybe. Have you ever seen a woman driver shaving while driving? No. Me neither. But just because we have not seen it does not mean that it does not occur. Hmm, I should rename this post to "Bald Kitty". Bruahaha!
According to the Key West news site, keysnews.com, "Florida Highway Patrol troopers say a two-vehicle crash...was caused by a 37-year-old woman driver who was shaving her bikini area while her ex-husband took the wheel from the passenger seat...'She said she was meeting her boyfriend in Key West and wanted to be ready for the visit,' [a state trooper] said."
iPad Pre-Orders
I guess this is big news for some, so here it is. Apple will start taking iPad pre-orders at 5:30 AM. Also, remember that only the Wi-Fi versions are available at this time. If you really want the 3G version, forget I published this post.
Now, sit back and wait for the pre-sale numbers. Is the iPad really a revolutionary product or just a big ass iPhone? I think it is a big ass iPhone with no calling function, but what the hell do I know? Oh yeah, pre-orders will be delivered on April 3rd.
Update! Both the Wi-Fi and 3G versions are available for pre-order. Crap! That will teach me to publish information that I read from a non-Apple source. I have updated the post. Minus 10 points for the screw up.
The Fantasy Continues
This may not be news to most, but Final Fantasy XIII is out. Yes peeps, the latest version of the Final Fantasy series is no longer a fantasy (Boo! Major cheese. Oh well). I am out of the loop on the latest release, so no further details from me. I am getting my copy tomorrow.

Late Fees Are Back!
If you haven't heard the news, here it is. Blockbuster, yes they are still around, is bringing back late fees! I guess the company is getting its ass kicked big time, because it has closed down hundreds of stores and reported losses of over $400M. Kapow!
I trust the company is looking at ways to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and expand its current offerings instead of relying on late fees to pull them out of the grave. What's next? Raising rental fees? Mandatory memberships? Shorter rental periods? Fail!
Legal Warfare 2
It's on mofos! West and Zampella filed a lawsuit against Activision. I knew there was more to the story. So what are the former Infinity Ward eggheads claiming in the lawsuit? Check out the 16-page complaint on Kotaku.
The filing described Activision as demonstrating "astonishing arrogance and unbridled greed," and accuses the company of terminating the pair in order to avoid paying them "substantial" royalties from last year's Modern Warfare 2 release, heralded as the biggest launch in entertainment history.
Unbridled greed? I believe that shit, no need to convince me. Terminating the pair to avoid paying royalties? If that is true, Activision needs to be smacked down. Are people so DAMN greedy that they would terminate someone instead of paying them what they are due?
The answer is YES. Let's see if this is what Activision pulled out of their ass to avoid paying the royalties. Here is my motto, "I would rather have a percent of something than 100% of nothing". Greedy mofos!
Milkman At Activision
What the hell? I just read that Activision has fired Jason West and Vince Zampella of Infinity Ward. Who the hell are these mofos and why should we care? Infinity Ward is the publisher of the hottest selling shooter of all time, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.
West and Zampella were the top two eggheads at Infinity Ward. The details of the firing are vague, but Activision cites "insubordination" and "breach of contract" as reasons for their termination. Hmm, let me think about this for a second. Okay, done.
I am going out on a limb here, but my guess is the Milkman at Activision wanted to milk the shit out of the Call of Duty series and Infinity Ward told them to pound sand. Sounds more like "creative differences" to me, which led up to the "insubordination".
Well, I am out of here. I am going to poke around and see if I can dig up some more dirt. It is going to be interesting to see what the future holds for the Call of Duty franchise. I hope the series does not turn to shit with yearly, crappy, half-baked releases.
