Spain wins World Cup
Congratulations to Spain for winning the World Cup. My cheesy predictions for 1st through 3rd place were right on the money, nice. The Dutch Boys (Netherlands) finished in second with Germany wrapping up third place.
For all the whiners out there, fuck off. No matter the sport, the losers always whine. Why is that? Each team played great and Spain came out on top, so accept it. There were some bad calls and dirty plays, but it is too late to bitch about it. Kudos to Spain.
World Cup Weekend
Yo! Spain is in the finals. The stage is set for the Dutch Boys and Spain to compete for the World Cup on Sunday. Did everyone catch the Germany versus Spain semi-final? The header from Carles Puyol was picture perfect. GOAAAAAL!!!
Do not forget to watch the World Cup Match for 3rd place on Saturday. I think Germany is going to defeat Uruguay, but what do I know? My predictions are Spain #1, Netherlands #2, and Germany #3.
Hasta La Vista Brazil
Crap! I was looking forward to seeing Brazil in the World Cup Finals, but that shit ended in an upset. The Dutch boys from the Netherlands Team beat Brazil 2-1. WTF! I guess a Spain and/or Argentina final will have to do now. Hasta la vista Brazil.

World Cup Quarter-Finals
It is on mofos! The World Cup Quarter Final matches are set for this weekend. Is it going to be a South American Final Four? Whatever, I want to see Brazil and Spain in the final. Below is the schedule for this weekend, get the DVR ready!
- July 2nd @ 9:00am CT - Netherlands (#4) versus Brazil (#1).
- July 2nd @ 1:30pm CT - Uruguay (#16) versus Ghana (#32).
- July 3rd @ 9:00am CT - Argentina (#7) versus Germany (#6).
- July 3rd @ 1:30pm CT - Paraguay (#31) versus Spain (#2).
World Cup 2010
FIFA World Cup 2010 is here, but I don't need to tell you. Anyway, World Cup started today and will wrap up with the final match on July 11. I did not get a chance to watch the South Africa versus Mexico match, but am disappointed to learn it ended in a draw. WTF?
Mexico is currently ranked 17 (average 12 position since 1993) in the World. South Africa is ranked 83 (average 47 position) in the World. What the hell happened? I think Mexico team members need to lay off the 7-Layer Burritos and kick some ass!!!
Free-Per-View
I planned on watching a PPV sports event this evening, but was discouraged when I learned it was $55.00. I might not be watching the event at this price. Let me check Yahoo! sports, $44.95. It is $10.05 cheaper, but still a small investment.
What shall I do? Order the PPV sports event from the cable company and watch it from the comfort of the couch or order from Yahoo! and watch it on the notebook computer? Hmm, decisions, decisions.
Whatever the decision, $45.00 stills seems a bit steep considering that I want to watch only the main event. Dammit! What are the odds that someone will stream the event on the web for less than $40.00? I don't know, let me Google that and find out.
Score! I found a 'free' live stream on Mogulus, nice! The view page had an annoying chat to the right of the video player, but beggers can not be choosers. I sat down on a hard chair, cleaned the LCD, and got my sports on. Check the shout-out!
