Pssst. Have you heard that Blockbuster is preparing to file for bankruptcy next month? It is true. The home video rental store is filing for Chapter 11 and plans to close between 500 - 800 (additional) stores.
Surprised? I am not surprised of the news. Blockbuster Video has been losing ground in the home video rental market for several years now. It was just a matter of time. Will 2010 mark the end of Blockbuster or will it live to RENT another day? Stay tuned.
The Dukes of Dayton
Did I inspire the below video? No sooner do I publish the Yee-Haw post with a reference to the "General Lee" style car launch does the below video surface on YouTube. The "Dukes" version was published earlier today. Coincidence?

I think a better title for this post would be "Holy &#%^ Shit!" Another crazy driver launches their car "General Lee" style and crashes into a bridge pillar. The amazing part is the driver was ejected from the car and survived the crash. This went down in Ohio earlier today.
"He went down into the median, into the grass, hit the guardrail, went airborne and the car hit the center post of the bridge and literally exploded into three main pieces," said witness.

Harry Hanrahan aka HH aka HH1Edits (YouTube) has released another video. He published a compilation of "The 100 Greatest Movie Insults of All Time." Warning! The video is NOT safe for work, so keep it on the down low or pop in the earbuds.
The video captures many classic insults, but some of my favorites appear to be missing from the list. Anyway, sit back, relax, and enjoy 10 minutes of insults from some of your favorite movies. Haha!

Move over P. Diddy, because Ardi "Puff Baby" Rizal is in the mofo shack! Has everyone and their brother seen this video? I caught it on one of the late night shows a couple days ago and thought WTF! I do not know squat about Sumatran customs, but this is weird.
He is smoking that stick like a veteran smoker. Can he drop smoke rings too? Crap, give the kid a beer and a remote control and he is set. Seriously, I think someone's parents need to get dropped kicked. 2-year olds are not supposed to smoke! Crazy stuff.
Climbing The Charts II
It is officially summer, time to enjoy the great weather and drop it like it is hot. Ha! What a cheesy segue, but whatever works. One week ago today, I published a post about little Luiz and commented that his video might go viral.
I think he is on his way. When I published the post, the video had a little over 300k views on YouTube. Today, the video has almost 1.3m views. Nice. Oh, that is not the best part. I just saw the video on the George Lopez Show.
Climbing The Charts
Here is a video that is climbing the charts. It might not go viral, but it is getting a fair share of views. The Single Ladies baby was cute, but little Luiz drops it low, points, and throws in some Latin vogue for good measure. You got served Brazilian style!
Yasmine “Duke”
I saw the below video last week, but I forgot all about it. Loser! Anyway, the video has gone viral with 3+ million views in less than 2 weeks. The clip is of Yasmine Villasana launching her Chevy Impala over a toll booth at Dallas-Fort Worth International.
Accidents are NO laughing matter, but I have to admit that I was rolling like a mofo when I watched the video appropriately titled, "Drunk Driver Goes All General Lee Out of DFW". If you do not know what "Goes All General Lee" is referring to, get your wiki on and return.
The General Lee is the automobile driven by the Duke cousins Bo and Luke in the television series The Dukes of Hazzard. It is known for the chases and stunts, especially high jumps, in almost every episode.
So for her Dukes of Hazzard-like jump out of DFW, Wassup Jose wants to recognize Yasmine as an "un-official" Duke. BTW, Yasmine is a bartender and according to her Facebook page is "bored". I hope this shit woke your ass up.
Whoomp! (There He Is)
Let's go back in time to year 1993. Where was Barack Obama when the Tag Team released, "Whoomp! (There It Is)"? Rumor has it that he was getting his game on in the video. Check out 1:01 - 1:02 of the video and judge for yourself. Haha.
