I run on the threadmill several times a week, but do not have the brute power of this fool demolishing the threadmill! Check out his homeboy lounging in the chair, just chillin’ while his boy is doing a face plant. Bruhahah!

Regarding the belt issue, I think I may have a possible answer and guilty of doing the same thing. If I wear both dress shirt and t-shirt, I cannot access the Tequila Worm through the hole in the pants.
The dress shirt and t-shirt are a bit long on the torso, so when tucked into the pants they sit pass the cheeks. The only way to gain access is to undo the belt, lift the shirts, do the deed, retuck, and rebelt.
Another possible solution is the man was indeed wearing women’s underwear and had to drop the pants. Anyway, below is a video on restroom etiquette for males. Watch, listen, and learn you nasties.

I have seen my share of Ninja movies to know that these specially trained warriors are part of the Japanese culture. Yeah, Russia is a stone throws away from Japan, but I have never heard of Russian Ninjas … until now.
