What a great post! I wasn’t aware of this. My question is, is it like 3.0 and 3.5 and based on 2.0 or is this a whole new ball game? What does 4.0 mean for backwards compatibility? Thanks for the update Sam!!

I have not tried this product yet because it is still under development. But it seems that it will be backward compatible and we will be able to target 2.0/3.5 and 4.0 etc.
They have integrated UML inside the Visual Stduio and focusing on Model driven application development.
More improved SDLC/TFS.
They also seem to foucs more on Windows Communication Foundation and Work Flow in .Net 4.0.
Thanks

Interesting. I haven’t really liked what I’ve seen with Workflow, but I keep saying to myself that it’s because I have such a limited exposure to it and never had to use it in our everyday processes. I tried to use Workflow to generate code and I felt it to be awkward. CASE tools are hard to write.
