E3 On G4
I have been watching coverage of E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo 2009) on G4. There are some cool products in the queue, including new game titles. Below are a couple of notable items announced at E3.
It looks like Sony and Microsoft are finally releasing their versions of the motion controllers in the near future. The Sony offering uses the PlayStation Eye Toy to track movements and Microsoft will utilize a motion bar similar to the Wii.
Sony is trying the handheld market again with the new Sony PSP Go! I think the handheld is too little-too late, plus the design appears old school. Let's see if Sony can get back in the game (pun). Sony, if you are listening: competitive pricing, accessories, and game titles!
Games, games, and more games. I do not know where to start or what titles to list, so I will just list some of the titles I have in mind. Final Fantasy: The Crystal Bearers for Wii, Tekken 6 for PS3 & Xbox 360, Gran Turismo 5 for PS3, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom for Wii, and more.
No more rambling, go check out the game trailers, press conferences, and news. Oh, I read some rumors that the PSP Phone may become a reality. If you recall, Sony Ericsson pitched the idea last year and got smacked down. I am out of here, check out the E3 news.
