T-Bagged
I got T-Mobile bagged today. T-Mobile suspended my wireless service, because I did not pay their ransom. The billing issue is a mess, so I will keep it brief. I found an issue on my bill, so I called customer service and requested that they credit the account.
I paid ONLY the base amount and did not pay the extraneous charges, because the bill was going to be adjusted. Well, there was no adjustment, my account went past due, and I got jacked and T-Bagged.
To make matters worse, my account was suspended shortly before I was to meet Gman for lunch. I was running behind schedule and could not call or send text messages, dammit! I had to run home and call him from the land line, but we made it to lunch.
After lunch, I had no choice but to pay the ransom and restore service. Now, T-Bagger has no incentive to adjust the account because they have the money. A similar issue occurred with AT&T and that took over 6 months to resolve. Damn you mofos!
