Fast Food WTF!
Nope, this post is not about another one of my fast food adventures. Instead, I stumbled on an article that states Jack-In-The-Box is using call centers to take drive-through orders. Did I read that right? Yup, Ravi might be on the other end. Don't f*ck up my order mofo!

I read an article a while back that McDonald wanted to redirect all the drive thrus to a call center India. “thank you, come again!”

Interesting. I honestly can’t see it being very cost effective considering the people at the shop are at least making minimum wage.
