Newspaper Nonsense
Most know that newspapers across the country are struggling to stay in business. It is only a matter of time before printed newspapers are gone. Well, if newspapers follow the lead of the Rhode Island Daily News they better just call it quits now.
The Rhode Island Daily News is charging subscribers more than twice for its online content than for the crappy, smudgy, printed edition. WTF! Hmmm, I am going to recommend that online subscribers kick them to the curb and look for an alternative news source.

There is a killer app waiting to be had here. However, I think it will take a lot of luck to actually pull it off. Right place and right time on this one when “the switch” comes. Writers need to remind us why we should pay for their dribble. We already have 24/7 TV news. They need to write QUALITY stuff AND THEN market the shit out of it. Both are dubious tasks and together it’s like…a career. Oh that’s weird how that worked out…
