Fruit Cup Stand
On my way home from Costco, I stopped by the fruit stand on Northgate. I ordered a mixed fruit cup with chile, salt, and lime juice. A couple of interesting items about the brief stop that I want to post.
First, the fruit stand has a rating on Yelp. What are the odds that someone would rate the fruit stand? Also, I did a quick search for the Pico de Gallo powder used by the vendor and check out the last name. Ha!
The moon must be aligned with Venus or something weird. Nonetheless, the fruit cup was refreshing and it sure beats candy or other gut bomb snack. If you like mixed, order it up mixed with the fixings. Else, watermelon and pineapple is the way to go.

I dig the local scene. There’s a veggie stand on El Centro that serves up quality produce. Though you can’t beat the heirloom tomatoes at the market under the freeway.
