T-Mobile Scam
Yup! Another T-Mobile scam. These guys and the other mobile carriers for that matter are major scams. I'm sure one is aware of the ridiculous contracts, termination fees, activation fees, upgrade fees, etc. Well, I just encountered another scam compliments of T-Mobile.
I upgraded one broken phone for a newer model, simple enough right? Wrong! The broken phone was crapped out, so we threw it out with the SIM (card was scratched). The rats at T-Mobile wanted to charge me $20.00 for a new SIM. WTF!
The new phone includes a new SIM card, so why am I being charged? Apparently, one can own only one SIM per phone on account. Fine, the old card was discarded and I am going to use the SIM card INCLUDED with the new phone.
The morons do not get it! I had to blow their hair back to get it through their heads that the new SIM card is included with the purchase of the phone. Read the "CONTENTS" on the box dumbasses, one SIM card included.
I am going to file a formal complaint against T-Mobile. Check this out, just to make a point I purchased another phone with no contract. The sales person asked if I was going to use an existing SIM with the phone, if so I have to forfeit the new SIM. Scam Alert!
