Hands-Free Cell Phone
Rant December 30th. 2007, 10:08pmHands-free cell phone laws make sense, considering I have had way too may close calls (no pun intended) with reckless people driving their SUV or hoopties while on the cell phone, but a $20 fine for 1st offense and $50 fine for subsequent offenses is too low!
